 What you need to have in inter Institution transfer

```💠First you must select one course offered in one institution. You don't apply to 2 institution or 3. It's only ONE institution 

💠You MUST be above the cut off for the course you want and  also meet all the minimum subject requirements for those above C+ and  for those below C+ you must meet all minimum subject requirements only. 

_The process won't open the next step if your don't meet the  requirements as said_

💠You must select

one reason

for transferring among these:

✅Not my preferred course 

✅Financial reason 

✅Medical reason

✅Person with disability

✅Others

💠After selecting one reason you're required to explain it in not more than 600 characters/80 to 110 words

_If you exceed or  give a reason below the minimum range the process won't open the next step_

💠After explaining your reason, you're also required to attach a

support document

for the reason given. 

💠After all those are satisfied the next step opens where you need to

pay 1000

for the transfer 

💠After you've payed and entered the Mpesa transaction code  you submit the application by  entering you KCPE index and now the application will be on the system 

💠Your work will be checking where the process is at.```
