Let me plug you into a few icons or apps that can help you with editing documents. Especially when applying to organizations that have a PDF document that requires your details.

Frame 1: This icon or feature is found on the latest Microsoft Office (Word) app. It is called dictate and helps type documents at a 25wpm speed. You just speak "properly" into your laptop or PC's speaker & it types for you. PS: You need to be able to pronounce words correctly but it works like a charm 10/10.

Frame 2: This feature or option rather is also found in Microsoft Word, it is a font called "coronet". It is a font that creates signatures. I just discovered it today, it simplifies things. You just type " Mahlangu" and it converts it into your signature Eazy peezy wheezy squeezy!

Frame 3: This app is called Microsoft Office, you can download it on your play store. Works like a charm. You just download PDF documents, save them on your google drive or wherever convenient & click "open with WORD". It's that simple.
